When does the challenge begin?

What time will each session run, and how long?

Each main class begins at 12:00 PM EST and runs 1 to 2 hours. VIP attendees join Elizabeth at 11:00 AM EST for an exclusive 1-hour session before each main class.

What if I can't attend a session live?

VIP attendees receive permanent access to recordings of all 3 days, so you can watch on your own schedule and return to the material whenever you need it. Regular Access attendees can attend live or watch replays within the live week.

I'm not in active salary negotiations right now. Will this still help me?

Yes. Most women in the challenge are not actively negotiating. They are preparing for the next conversation, whether that is a year-end review, an internal promotion, or a future offer. The framework is designed to be applied when you are ready, not just when you are in the room.
